Position Title: Chief Executive Officer
To be responsible for the overseeing the overall operational running of the organisation which will include the delivery and development of a high performance, integrated service portfolio, And to cover for the CEO as required and support the strategic direction of the organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Management, fundraising and business development skills with demonstrated leadership ability to expand and grow programs.
- Strong knowledge about power supply management
- Visionary and creative leadership skills that return results.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and the community.
- A demonstrated ability to build effective teams and to delegate, lead and mentor team members.
- Positive and realistic approach to management which results in high employee morale and teamwork.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Degree, related to faculty of Management.
- 5-10 years executive management experience.
- Experience managing people through people.
- Age: from 35 to 45 years
3.0 Summary of Duties
- Oversee all programs to ensure compliance and quality
- Be responsible for hiring and firing individuals in direct reporting relationship
- Coordinate annual reports for board and community and special recognition events
- Oversee major fundraising events and public relations
- Oversee all electric material and customer relationship management
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Maintain professional and facility contracts for services
- Oversee employee policies and procedures and benefit programs
- Develop a good relationship with board members, providing leadership, direction and support.
